ナイアスパン（Niaspan）とは？

ナイアスパン放出制御製剤は、LDLコレステロール （悪玉コレステロール）およびトリグリセリドのレベルを下げ、HDLコレステロール（善玉コレステロール）の レベルを上げる働きがあります。ナイアスパンは、ナイアシンが成分ですが、ニコチン酸、ビタミンB郡（ビタミンB3）も含みれます。

ナイアスパンは、コレステロール値を下げ、心臓発作の再発、動脈が硬 化するのを抑え、治療し、中性脂肪の値を下げる働きがあります。食事療法と組み合わせて使用されています。

またナイアスパンは、ここに記載した目的以外にも利用されています。

What is Niaspan?

Generic Niaspan Controlled-Release works by reducing LDL ("bad") cholesterol and triglycerides and increasing HDL ("good") cholesterol. Generic Niaspan contains niacin, also called nicotinate, a B vitamin (vitamin B3).

Generic Niaspan lowers cholesterol levels, reducing the risk for a second heart attack, slows or treats hardening of the arteries, and lowers very high serum triglyceride levels. It is used in combination with diet.
